It's probably broke but I don't know how to fix it

Anybody else out there on Blogspot wanting to give me a few tips / tricks / hints / pointers to make this thing effective? I'm open and receptive to any of you cagey old veterans offering up some words of wisdom...Thx, B.W.Barr
